The pallet double-stacking unit is designed to safely and automatically stack pallets moving along the conveyor line.

Pallets enter the system with their shorter edge leading and are stacked in a controlled two-level configuration. This process optimizes space utilization and provides significant savings in storage and shipment operations.

Depending on operational requirements, stretch wrapping or strapping can be carried out either before or after the pallets are stacked.
