Timing belt transfer units are raised between the conveyor rollers by means of a pneumatic cylinder and connected linkage mechanism, enabling products to be transferred at a 90° angle.

These systems are used for the safe transfer of lightweight, wide, and sensitive products that must be protected from damage. The soft structure of the timing belts helps prevent scratches or deformation during handling.

The number of belt strands and the center-to-center distance between them are calculated according to the width, weight, and type of the product, allowing the system to be customized for each application. They are particularly suitable for transferring products with flat bottom surfaces.

Special coatings can be applied to the belt surfaces to improve grip and increase heat resistance according to operational requirements.
